In response to the dynamic development of generative AI technology and the growing demand for its safe and effective implementation, our specialized team of experts offers comprehensive legal services and strategic advice in the field of new technology law in Poland, including artificial intelligence (AI). Consulting on AI projects

We provide legal assistance throughout the entire life cycle of AI projects, from assessing the compliance of concepts with regulations, through preparing and negotiating agreements (licence, implementation, and SLA), to advising on data security, intellectual property protection, liability for AI operations, and requirements under regulations such as the EU AI Act. We also support clients in discussions with regulators or in the event of customer complaints. This gives clients the assurance that every stage of implementation is covered by the legal expertise of an experienced team of lawyers specializing in AI.

Risk and compliance management

We advise on identifying and mitigating legal and operational risks related to AI, including in the following areas:

assessing the impact of AI systems on user rights,
protecting personal data and confidential information,
developing internal rules for the use of AI (so-called AI policies), and
auditing compliance with sector regulations and ethical standards.

Commitment to development of AI industry

Our team actively participates in shaping standards and best practices in the AI field. Together with the National Chamber of Legal Advisers and Microsoft, we are co-authors of Europe's first recommendations on the use of AI in the work of legal advisers. We have also developed 10 principles for the use of AI (BHPAI) that promote the ethical and safe use of new technologies in legal and business practice.

We use AI tools on a daily basis; this allows us to combine legal knowledge with practical technological experience. As an AI law firm in Poland, we combine advisory practice with active participation in the creation of market and ethical standards.

We regularly share our knowledge and experience with clients by conducting internal training sessions for companies, organizing AI breakfasts dedicated to AI regulations in Poland and the EU, hosting webinars, and participating in national and international industry conferences.
